Our story

A business gets managed in the evening, once the customers are served.

That observation is what gave rise to Hencora Suite. In a Swiss SME, doing your job well is not enough: you also have to track hours, absences and staff documents, prepare payroll, issue invoices and deal with the authorities. That work is rarely done during the day.

The problem isn't the admin work. It's that it's scattered.

Paper, an Excel file, messages, emails, two programs that don't talk to each other. Each tool does its part properly, and the company does the linking, by hand, every month.

What if it were enough to enter each piece of information just once, in the right place, so it then serves the time record, payroll and the client's invoice?

Where the name comes from

Hen

The first three letters come from Henrique, the founder's son. A discreet dedication, built into the brand's identity, and a reminder of what lies behind every company: people, families, projects. They are who we save time for.

Cora

From the English core. The ambition lies in that word: to sit at the centre of the organisation, where people, information and processes meet — not one more box next to the other tools.

Hencora is that meeting point: human values at the centre, technology around them.

Why a suite, and not yet another app

The project started with time recording, because it is the heaviest obligation and the most poorly equipped. But a company that tracks its hours also has to manage holidays, contracts, documents and salaries — then clients, quotes and invoices.

Building five separate applications would have recreated the very problem we wanted to solve. We chose the opposite: a single platform, split into modules that share the same foundation, the same logic and the same data.

You switch on what you need and add the rest as the company grows, without changing software or re-importing anything. That is what the word Suite means.

One company. One platform. Simpler management.

Four people, one shared record

A management platform is not just for the boss. Everyone comes in through their own door and sees only what concerns them.

The boss

A control centre: who is working, what still needs approving, what has been invoiced, what is still unpaid.

The team lead

Their team's hours, absence requests and month-end approvals.

The employee

Clock in with one tap, book holidays, check your balance and documents, from your phone.

The fiduciary

Approved months, clear statements and a file that imports, instead of timesheets to decipher.

What we believe in

Simplicity
Complexity is the software's job, not the user's. If a feature needs training, it is badly designed.
Trust
Salary and staff data is handled with rigour. Hosting in Switzerland, separation between companies, and data that remains yours.
Rigour
The hours have to add up, so does the VAT, and the QR-bill has to go through the bank first time.
Closeness
We build for people we know: the boss who writes quotes on Sunday, the fitter who clocks in wearing gloves.
Trend
The platform grows with the companies that use it. What you ask for shapes what we build next.

Where we are going

Working time, the personnel file, projects, expenses and QR invoicing work today. The rest is being built with the companies that use it: payroll statements, automatic accounting entries, finer reports, and an assistant that prepares the admin work for you.

We will add nothing that makes the platform harder to open on a Monday morning. That is the only limit we set ourselves.

Hencora Suite — Your management, simplified.
