The platform’s database and documents are hosted in Switzerland, in the Zurich region, by Supabase (Amazon Web Services infrastructure, eu-central-2 region). The site and the app are delivered through a European content delivery network. Emails are sent via Resend.

Hencora Suite is online software, billed by subscription and per module. The applicable terms and prices are communicated to the company before any invoicing. Interruptions for maintenance or fixes may occur; they are announced in advance whenever possible.

The platform helps the company keep the working time records required by the Labour Act. Responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered and the compliance of working hours remains with the employer.
